How it works

Talk. Press a button. Keep what matters.

  1. Hold the meeting

    Start CatchM before you join. It listens on your computer, so no bot joins your call.

  2. Press one button

    When it ends, CatchM writes the summary, decisions and action items, and draws the mind map.

  3. Keep the files

    Everything is saved on your computer as Markdown, ready for you or your agents.

Topics branch into the decisions and action items under them. Fold a topic, or click an item to see where it was said.

Need the steps of a process? “Find flows” pulls those out too, on request.

Made from the summary, so it needs a summary written by Ollama or your own AI service. CatchM Cloud's can't draw one yet.

Agent-readable

Your meetings are plain files.

One folder per meeting: Markdown with YAML frontmatter, next to the raw transcript. Point your own tools or agents at it.

Local first. Sync only by choice.

  • No bot in your call

    CatchM listens on your own computer. Nobody has to let it in.

  • Stays here by default

    Meetings, recordings and settings live in a folder on your computer.

  • Sync only if you want it

    Sign up to sync across your devices. Meetings are locked with your password before they leave this computer, so CatchM can't read them.

Local engines send nothing off your computer; a cloud engine sees the audio or text it works on. That includes summaries made with CatchM Cloud, which send the transcript unencrypted to be summarised. It isn’t stored.
